Residential Supervisor

Responsible for the supervision of the respective residential setting, the individuals within that house, and the employees by performing the following duties.

• Providing an appropriate role model for employees and the individuals they serve in appearance, actions, manner of speech, etc.
• Working as a member of a team including, being supportive and friendly to co-workers, keeping personal problems away from work, splitting duties equally amongst co-workers, assisting coworkers when requested and welcoming new employees giving them extra support and encouragement.
• The general care and appearance of the program and agency equipment, including vehicles. Ensuring the environment is safe for the individuals and employees and that all Joint Commission Standards and the agency Compliance Plan are being followed in the program.
• Treating subordinates with courtesy and respect using good principles of management.
• Coordinating with the treatment team in completing objectives in treatment plans.

• High School Diploma or equivalency. Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Prior experience working with intellectually disabled adults preferred.
