Nurse Manager

Responsible for the medical management of the individuals served and along with the human resources department manages employee health issues. This position has operational oversight of the assigned programs.

• The documentation of important information and data in a timely and professional manner
• Direct supervision and management of the staff within the program
• Managing an assigned caseload, to ensure that individual clients have access to the appropriate services, as their needs change, in an integrated and coordinated way
• Addressing daily health care needs of the individuals and take the action needed to address the individuals' health problems including physician referrals
• Ensuring appropriate medication administration and compliance with agency policy regarding medication management

• Licensed Registered Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania. One year of management and mental health experience required.
