Description
Responsible for coordination of treatment for their assigned caseload.
Tasks
- Actively participating in the treatment planning process including attending and/or facilitating treatment meetings when requested.
- Collaborating with school personnel and other community resources for the benefit of the client and family. Using Crisis/Emergency Management in a professional manner when required.
- Knowing and functioning within the framework of the individual's Treatment Plan.
- Participating in the MST program on-call system. Therapists are available to their families 24 hours a day/7 days a week.
Qualifications / Education
- Bachelor's degree in a human service related field with 3 years of experience working with children in a social service agency. Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology and eligible for licensure in area of clinical training preferred. Licensed professional preferred. Prior experience in a CASSP systems program preferred.
