Description
Responsible for the day to day operations of Multisystemic Therapy Program of the agency.
Tasks
- Behaves ethically in matters of confidentiality, informed consent, and privacy
- Facilitate healthy group communication, team dynamics and work practices
- Clearly communicates feedback to assist them to meet expectations
- Provide and encourage opportunities for staff development and training, including coaching and mentoring staff
- Take personal responsibility for correcting client service problems and client issues, while working within the MST framework
Qualifications / Education
- Master's degree in counseling, social work, or psychology. Prior experience as an MST Therapist is preferred. Eligibility for or Licensed professional preferred. Prior experience in a CASSP systems program preferred.
