Responsible for the overall operation of the Mobile Medication Teams in the geographies assigned.

Ensuring the training compliance of employees and facilitating on-going on-the-job-training with all staff
Scheduling staff working hours and assigning staff to areas to provide adequate coverage within the Agency's requirements without previously authorized overtime
Meeting regularly with the consulting psychiatrists and the outpatient staff proximate to both mobile medication teams to ensure consistency and continuity of care
Reviewing clinical documentation prior to releasing billing and ensuring that timely billing is occurring
Ensuring appropriate medication administration and compliance with agency nursing policy regarding medication management

Current unrestricted Pennsylvania Registered Nursing License.
Three years nursing experience.
One year psychiatric nursing experience serving seriously mentally ill adults strongly preferred
