Executive Director - Beacon Light Behavioral Health System

The Executive Director shall be responsible for the day to day operations of the Agency to which they are assigned including responsibility for all Agency programs, staff, and physicians. In addition they maintain responsibility for working directly with and under the Board of Directors of Agency implementing the Strategic plan.

• Ensure safe, consumer centric, quality services are provided for all agency programs.
• Collaborate with other Executives and Directors in the affiliated companies to accomplish organizational goals, objectives, and mission.
• Establish directions and strategic initiatives for clinical programs and services.
• Optimize financial resources of the company to meet strategic initiatives.
• Establish and monitor effective business and clinical metrics for the company, ensuring benchmarks are met by all employees and departments.

• Master’s degree in related field.
