Description
This position provides direct clinical and administrative oversight to the Outpatient Clinic and Blended Case Management programs. This position is responsible for directing all of the administrative functions of the division in accordance with industry standards, where applicable, regulatory agencies, as appropriate and company objectives and policies and procedures, and, in conjunction with the Medical Director, is responsible for clinical services.
Tasks
- Documentation of important information and data in a timely and professional manner.
- Direct supervision and management of the daily functions of the department. Keeping immediate supervisor informed of issues and concerns related to his/her department or the agency.
- Being aware of the Agency's operating budget.
- Developing, for approval, policies and procedures to assure the effective operation of the outpatient clinic and for reviewing policy and procedures annually.
Qualifications / Education
- Master degree in social work, psychology, or counseling required. Licensed or license eligible clinician preferred. Minimum of 3 years of mental health direct care experience, 2 of which shall be supervisory experience.
