Director of Educational Services

Responsible for the oversight and activities of the private school; providing leadership and supervision to all school personnel and other assigned personnel.

• Direct supervision and management of the daily functions of the department. Contacting home school district to discuss educational transition to the private school.
• Working with students to increase motivation, provide consistent reinforcement to learning, continuous assessment of level of functioning, and continuous feedback to student for all learning activities.
• Discussing pupils' academic and behavioral attitudes and achievements with student/parents/school district.
• Attending Interagency and IEP meetings.

• Graduate of an approved 4-year college or university. Possess a Pennsylvania Special Education Teaching Certification
• Prior experience required
