Case Manager

Responsible for the general oversight of the individual admission and discharge of a client entering services. The IBHS Case Manager is a liaison between the agency and the families, schools, placing agencies, and other involved providers by performing the following duties.

• Actively participating in the treatment planning process including attending treatment meetings when requested. Participating in administrative supervision with IBHS Clinical Director. Functioning as a liaison between individuals, facility, families, the placing agency and the community. Entering the documentation of important information and data in a timely and professional manner into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR). Ensuring needed and adequate information is obtained from individuals referred for placement, and entering all referral information into EMR.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in psychology, social work, counseling, education, human services, public administration, business administration, or related field. Prior experience preferred.
