General Maintenance

Responsible for the repair of all fixtures and equipment of the facility (Penn Highlands Tyrone). Keeps the grounds of the facility neat and orderly. Keeps all driveways and walkways clear and in usable condition, general maintenance duties as assigned, and keeps in repair all buildings pertaining to the facility.

• Perform routine inspections and complete minor repairs as needed.
• Clean and maintain common areas to ensure a safe, welcoming environment.
• Conduct regular maintenance on facility tools and equipment.
• Maintain landscaping, walkways, and outdoor areas year-round.
• Complete safety checks to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Report larger maintenance needs to supervisors promptly.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain maintenance logs.
