Medication Aide

Complete medication administration, proper medication documentation, and supervision of the medication room/carts. Along with providing personal care, and to assist with activities of daily living, exercise programs, and related services in the Personal Care facility.

• Administer medications safely according to prescribed orders and protocols.
• Monitor resident responses and report side effects or adverse reactions.
• Maintain accurate and timely medication administration records.
• Assist with organizing and managing resident medication regimens.
• Educate residents and families about medications and proper use.
• Ensure medication storage meets safety and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to support medication effectiveness.

• High school diploma and/or GED required
• Medication Certification required
