Occupational Therapist

Use occupational therapy assessment and evaluation techniques to determine the patient's assets and limitations, establish goals, and plan age-appropriate occupational therapy treatment in coloration with the patient/family and treatment team members.

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine client needs and goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to support client progress.
• Monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Provide education to clients, families, and caregivers.
• Advocate for client access to services and community resources.
• Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with care teams.

• Completion of clinical and didactic requirement from Occupational therapy program required
• Licensed or temporarily licensed as an OT in PA required
• Healthcare provider CPR certification through the American Heart Association within the first year of hire required
