Description

Responsible for organizing and performing all business office functions related to daily operation within the department. These functions include receiving patients, and assessing their needs as well as carrying out all duties to meet patient needs such as scheduling, record maintenance, facilitating orders, answering telephones, etc. You will also provide clerical support to personnel within your department.

Tasks

  • Provide administrative support to staff and assist with daily operations.
  • Enter and manage data accurately in databases and systems.
  • Deliver professional customer service in person, by phone, or email.
  • Organize office supplies, files, and workspaces for efficiency.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
  • Maintain records and ensure proper document filing.
  • Support scheduling, mail distribution, and general office tasks.

Qualifications / Education

  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools
