Personal Care Home (PCH) Supervisor

Responsible for assisting with the supervision of PCH staff that provide services and coverage with the Personal Care Home. The incumbent assists the PCH Supervisor in ensuring that the PCH operates in compliance with all applicable internal and external policies, procedures and regulations. The Assistant Supervisor is also responsible for the development, implementation and coordination of the tenant Life Enhancement Project which provides opportunities for volunteer, work and social connectedness.

• Confidently manages staff and programs per mission; acts as PCH Administrator designee as needed.
• Provides clinical leadership using best practices; trains staff to engage clients in recovery.
• Proactively recruits, trains, supervises, and evaluates diverse staff; supports professional growth.
• Conducts thorough client assessments; develops and updates individualized support plans.
• Collaborates in team meetings; integrates multi-disciplinary input for client care plans.
• Leads clinical team in resource coordination; monitors client participation in therapeutic activities.
• Facilitates referrals, planning, and discharges; ensures recovery-oriented care for all residents.

• Masters level degree in course of study related to the field of responsibility and at least 2 years' experience in the field; or,
• Bachelor's level degree in a course of study related to the field with at least 4 years of experience in that field; or,
• An equivalent degree of education and experience as determined by the organization
• Meets the qualification and training standards to be a PCH Administrator or can achieve certification within 6 months of placement
