Training Coordinator

Oversee training program, its curriculum and its students. Also responsible for maintaining up to date training records, evaluations and other paperwork associated with the training program.

• Oversee the training center and apprenticeship program.
• Track the progress of all employees in the training center.
• Work safely using required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Be well-versed in using Manual Lathes and Mills.
• Have basic knowledge of CNC operations and G-Code.

• Ability to communicate in writing clearly and concisely.
• Ability to communicate effectively with others using the spoken word.
