Production Manager

Responsible for managing and directing production activities at the specific business unit. Coordinates the production of goods, ensures machines are repaired and running smoothly, and manages workers on the production floor.

• Direct and coordinate activities of departments involved in production, such as inspectors and fabricators.
• Confer with shop supervisors to coordinate operations between departments.
• Plan and establish work schedules and production sequences to meet goals.
• Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions.
• Monitor work and gauges to ensure operators conform to production standards.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent industry experience
• 5 plus years experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing and/or repair environment
