Maintenance Supervisor

Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance personnel. Responsible for overseeing the preventative maintenance and emergency repairs of machines, mechanical equipment, and the structural aspects of the business unit. Duties include working with production on scheduling machines for repair or PM.

• Direct routine maintenance: inspect drives, motors, belts, check fluids, replace filters, etc.
• Inspect, operate, or test machinery and equipment to diagnose malfunctions and identify fixes.
• Diagnose mechanical problems and consult manuals to determine corrective actions.
• Assemble, install, or repair wiring, electrical components, plumbing, or machinery.
• Clean or lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other machinery parts to ensure smooth operation.
• Adjust parts of devices or control instruments using hand tools, levels, and other instruments.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 10+ years’ experience in maintenance
