Field Service Supervisor

Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of Field Service Personnel. Assist the scheduling and dispatching of Field Service Technicians, equipment or service vehicles for normal installation, service, or emergency repairs rendered outside the place of business. Duties may include using radio, telephone, or computer to transmit assignments and compiling statistics and reports on work progress.

• Enforce safety and sanitation regulations to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with supervisors to coordinate operations and activities between departments.
• Plan work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet customer goals.
• Inspect materials, products, or equipment for defects or malfunctions.
• Conduct employee training on equipment operation, safety procedures, or assign to experienced workers.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years experience in a manufacturing and/or repair environment
