EHS & Quality Coordinator (Environmental Health & Safety)

Responsible for the on-site Safety functions within a given business unit. This position will assist with all aspects of Safety needs for employees on site. However, this may be an ‘extra duty’ role and not be a usual or full-time position. In cases where it is not a full-time position, it will not be shown on the company organization chart however the employee’s full-time title will be shown.

• Implement and oversee company safety policies and procedures at the assigned business unit (BU).
• Ensure BU compliance with all state and federal safety regulations.
• Coordinate toolbox talks, annual training, and new hire safety training.
• Advocate and encourage employees to follow all company policies and procedures.
• Promote and drive a safe working environment to prevent injuries and incidents.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years’ experience related to Safety
