Controls Director

Responsible for overseeing the design, installation and supply of electrical systems. Day-to-day, responsible to draw up schedules, allocate time, resource and budget, as well as manage staff to ensure work is completed on time, to a high standard. Develop control programs, schematics, interact with customers, and develop future strategies.

• Ensure FAMCO provides world-class customer support to both internal and external customers.
• Collaborate with managers to create training, update policies, and oversee facility improvements.
• Develop growth strategies including new budgets, marketing ideas, and product plans.
• Develop and manage KPIs to ensure objectives are met and trends are identified.
• Foster a culture of growth and development at all levels of the organization.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience with PLC Controls, standard electrical knowledge. Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering & technology, or equivalent Certificate in Electrical Engineering.
