Aggregate Sector Manager

Oversees the day-to-day operations of one or more business divisions. Creates and manages business plans, marketing strategies, strategic growth, and development. Supervisor’s personnel, inside and outside sales, work with purchasing, outside vendors and production to win and manage new and repetitive opportunities. Ensures quotes are provided in a timely and accurate fashion.

• Ensure FAMCO provides world-class customer support to both internal and external customers.
• Collaborate with managers to develop training, update policies, and oversee facility improvements.
• Create growth strategies, including new budgets, marketing ideas, and product development.
• Develop and manage KPIs to ensure objective attainment and identify emerging trends.
• Foster a culture of growth and development for people at all levels of the organization.

• Associate degree (two year college or technical school) or work equivalent, Field of Study: Engineering or related field
• 5+ plus years of experience in machine shop and fabrication or a minimum 2 years in project management in a manufacturing environment
