Part-Time Aide

Responsible for enhancing the abilities of clients to lead self-determined lives by providing the necessary support and information for them to implement their rehabilitation / treatment plans in a collaborative and expeditious manner. The incumbent also assists clients with scheduled activities, medication monitoring, management of daily tasks, providing transportation when needed, group facilitation, intake information gathering and general collaboration with the Rehabilitation Coordinator, Nurse and other staff. Crisis management and support is also an important function of this position.

Therapist

Responsible for facilitating group and individual behavioral therapy for adults with mental illness and their families. This treatment component is an integral part of a multidisciplinary clinical team that utilizes professional clinical judgment in the use of various therapeutic interventions. Further, the incumbent must maintain a professional relationship with internal program staff and community resource providers as well to ensure quality programming and appropriate aftercare planning. Crisis management and resolution are also important functions of this position.

Rehabilitation Technician

Responsible for providing assistance with activities of daily living and instrumental activities of daily living to clients residing in the Personal Care Home. The incumbent is expected to promote a home-like atmosphere and encourage positive social experiences and interactions with and between clients.

Rehabilitation Coordinator

Responsible for the coordination and implementation of client treatment plans that address the needs and interests of all residents in the RTFA. The incumbent is responsible for assisting in the coordination of referrals, conducting client intakes, gathering all relevant information needed to develop treatment strategies that will help the client in achieving his/her goals, and organizing and coordinating program discharges. Crisis management and resolution are also important functions of this position. The incumbent must maintain a professional relationship with internal program staff and community resource providers which includes facilitation and participation in weekly case review/treatment team meetings.

Residential Treatment Facility for Adults (RTFA) Manager

Responsible for the clinical and administrative management of the Residential Treatment Facility for Adults (RTFA). Duties include the supervision and mentoring of direct care professionals who provide treatment and support services to individuals with mental health needs in the RTFA program; budget development and monitoring; enforcement and monitoring of regulatory requirements; and direction of overall program operation. The incumbent will maintain a focus on mental health recovery approaches through leadership by example, coaching and the development of programmatic systems that promote interdisciplinary collaboration.
