Sales
Present proposals to the customer, communicate all contractual aspects of the project, execute the customer contract and relay project to PM. Drives revenue growth by leading sales teams, identifying new business opportunities, and managing client relationships in sectors in commercial, or industrial construction. They develop strategic sales plans, negotiate contracts, analyze market trends, and often use software to track performance, ensuring project proposals are accurate and profitable.
Project Facilitator
Understand the scope of work for each project; knowledge in estimating costs; expredition of drafting and estimating times.
