Helpdesk Support Technican
Responsible to install and upgrade complex systems, as well as diagnose and repair technical issues. Use tools and technology to maintain and enhance the IT infrastructure to ensure performance in-person, over the phone and/or via remote access.
IT Director
Responsible to oversee all IT (Information Technology) functions in our company. The IT Director performs and manages the company’s technology operations and the implementation of new IT systems and policies.
