Materials Receiver
Accounts for all materials and supplies in the store facilities; audits goods received into warehouse. Oversees receipt, storage and shipment of materials, and related reporting in accordance with established procedures.
Operator
Configure mechanical part of tooling, wheels and steady rest setup. Read and follow production schedules, work orders, and sequences. Interpret drawings, and/or item attributes and follow routings.
Blank Prep Operator
Read and follow production schedules, work orders, and sequences.
Assess machine operations; movement of parts, gauges, dials, machine sounds to determine potential equipment failures.
Pulling and Marking
Operate all machinery related to marking (etching), and cleaning line according to required controls and specifications. Material handling tasks, such dispatching of required blanks and materials to manufacturing orders. Read and follow production schedules, work orders, and sequences.
Pre-Grinding Operator
Operate all machinery related to soft machining, heat treatment, OD grinding equipment and ODR’s according to required controls, temperatures, and specifications. Read and follow production schedules, work orders, and sequences. Assess machine operations; movement of parts, gauges, dials, machine sounds to determine potential equipment failures.
Marking Operator
Read and follow production schedules, work orders, and sequences.
Assess machine operations; movement of parts, gauges, dials, machine sounds to determine potential equipment failures.
Turning Operator
Operate all machinery related to soft machining, heat treatment, OD grinding equipment and ODR’s according to required controls, temperatures, and specifications. Read and follow production schedules, work orders, and sequences. Assess machine operations; movement of parts, gauges, dials, machine sounds to determine potential equipment failures.
High Speed Machinist
Operate all machinery related to soft machining, heat treatment, OD grinding equipment and ODR’s according to required controls, temperatures, and specifications. Read and follow production schedules, work orders, and sequences. Assess machine operations; movement of parts, gauges, dials, machine sounds to determine potential equipment failures.

Load/unload fixturings/packaging in accordance with the operating instructions and specifications, making the proper adjustments to ensure optimal functioning of all equipment. Read and follow production schedules, work orders, and sequences.
Pre-Grinding Manager

Production Manager
As part of the management team, the Production Manager is ultimately responsible for the employees, machines, and methods. Ensures that the manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently, and personnel is competent.
Production Unit Manager
Review financial statements, sales or activity reports, or other performance data to measure productivity or goal achievement or to identify areas needing cost reduction or program improvement.
Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with the production, pricing, sales, or distribution of products.
Direct administrative activities directly related to making products or providing services.
Prepare staff work schedules and assign specific duties.
