Edge Prep Operator
Operate all machinery related to edgeprep, marking (etching), and cleaning line according to required controls and specifications. Read and follow production schedules, work orders, and sequences. Assess machine operations; movement of parts, gauges, dials, machine sounds to determine potential equipment failures.
Tube and Label Operator
Operate lift trucks, hand trucks, and packaging equipment according to required controls and specifications. Material handling tasks, such as the receiving in and putting away of stock, as well as dispatching of materials and spare parts to sub-contractors and suppliers. Read and follow production schedules, work orders, and sequences.
Coating Operator
Set up and prepare the coating machinery and chambers in accordance with the Machinery Operating Instruction Manuals in order to meet all job requirements and specifications. Load carousels in accordance with the operating instructions and specifications, making the proper adjustments to ensure optimal functioning off all equipment. Read and follow production schedules, work orders, and sequences.

Load fixturing in accordance with the operating instructions and specifications, making the proper adjustments to ensure optimal functioning of all equipment.
Post Grinding Operator
Set up and prepare various departmental machinery in accordance with the Machinery Operating Instruction Manuals in order to meet all job requirements and specifications. Load/unload fixturings/packaging in accordance with the operating instructions and specifications, making the proper adjustments to ensure optimal functioning of all equipment. Read and follow production schedules, work orders, and sequences.

Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory
Verify and maintain records on incoming and outgoing shipments involving inventory. Duties include verifying and recording incoming merchandise or material and arranging for the transportation of products. May prepare items for shipment.
Post Grinding Manager
Responsible for ensuring the performance and planning of manufacturing specifications and continuous improvement process in-order-to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders.
Production Manager
As part of the management team, the Production Manager is ultimately responsible for the employees, machines, and methods. Ensures that the manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently, and personnel is competent.
