Description

Oversees sales activities within a specific geographic area, focusing on building and maintaining key customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and developing strategies to increase sales in that region. 

Tasks

Generate new business and ensure growth of existing accounts. Identify and establish relationships with key existing customers supporting current business activity as well as creating new sales opportunities. Consistently prospecting to identify new customers/opportunities, qualify and drive leads through the sales pipeline. Telemarketing, cold calling, appointment setting and proactive engagement of sales region. Travel 75% or more to develop new opportunities and maintain existing relationships
Develop annual and long-term sales forecasts. Reporting monthly activities to sales manager. Participate in sales team meetings. Interact with Atlas’s engineering, quality and plant management teams to ensure superior quality and on-time delivery of customer products. Provide assistance to technical sales when delivering PM 101’s to customers and prospects

Qualifications / Education

Five to ten years sales experience.  Strive to achieve APMI PMT Certification Level 1 within 10 years of service
