Description

Directs all functions of the services and facilities. Coordinates the work and responsibilities of all managers and supervisors at the facility, as well as the activities of the medical director and medical staff. Ensures regulatory compliance, contracting and strategic planning to enhance the service line.

Tasks

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure quality resident care.
  • Develop and enforce policies for regulatory compliance.
  • Manage budgets, staffing, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and support department heads to improve performance.
  • Foster relationships with residents, families, and staff.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance facility services and reputation.

Qualifications / Education

  • ACT 34, OAPSA, Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Required, or has obtained temporary practice permit and will complete NHA license within one year.
