Financial
Prepares annual operating budget in conjunction with department directors; conducts periodic meetings with department directors to monitor department expenditures; analyzes budget variances and establishes goals for cost containment with departments; reviews, updates and submits budgets annually.
IT
Leads development and implementation processes for the organization’s IT systems and department.
Business Office Coordinator/Medicaid Coordinator
Oversees and evaluates business office operations, partnering with Admissions to ensure agreement execution. Ensures compliance with professional standards, policies, federal, state, local, and DOH regulations. Maintains HIPAA privacy, security, and confidentiality. Completes all Health Center billing, including HMO and Medicare. Collaborates with the team on treatment plans and financial status updates. Monitors amended contracts and billing rates.Verifies Medicare days used and participates in monthly Medicare Part A & B claim audits. Engages in quarterly compliance meetings to ensure billing adheres to federal and state guidelines.
Reconciles census monthly and coordinates billing with ancillary providers. Maintains organized Medicare and payment documentation.
